# Disclaimer

Juiced is an easy to use interface built on public smart contracts that were not developed by us, but are freely available on the blockchain. As with any DeFi product, users should do their own research and make sure they are comfortable with the risks involved.

Please note - the availability of liquidity for withdrawal may be impacted by the utilization rate of the lending pool. High demand from borrowers could result in a significant portion of deposited funds being utilized, limiting the immediate availability for withdrawal. So, unlike real juice, your position might not always be liquid.
